Bodhi Day (End of Semester) Celebration 2023
The Emory Buddhist Community celebrates Bodhi Day to remember the occasion of Buddha's enlightenment. Bodhi means Wisdom, Insight, Enlightenment. Bodhi Day is celebrated in the first week of December in Mahayana tradition, especially in the Japanese school of Buddhism. Emory Bodhi Day Celebration is a time for intentional community and wholesome interaction with mindfulness, recitation, reflections and a vegetarian dinner. This event is organised by Emory Buddhist Chaplaincy and Emory Buddhist Club. It is free for all. Contact psraman@emory.edu for more information.

Location: Cannon Chapel; Brooks Commons for vegetarian dinner afterwards.
